MATERIALS: Towne Precision Apertures are available as standard products in a wide variety of materials such as Nickel, Beryllium Copper, Molybdenum Stainless Steel, Brass and Kovar.
FINISHES: Finishes are available in Black Chrome, Nickel, and Gold.
SHAPES: Aperture shapes can be formed as diameters (pinholes), slits or any geometric shape.
PRECISION: Electroformed bi-metallic Apertures are available with standard tolerances from ±0.00004" to ±0.0001" while etched Apertures can be readily fabricated with opening tolerances ranging from ±0.0001" to ±0.0005". Tooling is available for a wide range of standard pinhole Apertures in both electroformed and etched configurations.
